He is the author of "The Oil Age is Over: What to Expect as the World Runs Out of Cheap Oil, 2005-2050" and made the book available as a free download from prior to the U.S. 2004 election (10/5/2004 to 11/2/2004).
Matt Savinar was born and raised in California. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis, and received a law degree from the University of California at Hastings College of the Law.
